Kathmandu, 4 oct : Light to moderate rain has been taking place throughout the country today.
The rainfall amidst the Dashain festival has caused sheer inconvenience among the people for movement. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the axis of monsoon trough is presently based on towards north from the average location.
According to the Division, there is generally cloudy in the Province 1, Madhesh Province and the Bagmati Province while there is partly to generally cloudy in hilly parts of the rest of the provinces. Some parts of the Gandaki and Lumbini provinces and a few places of the rest of the provinces are witnessing a light to moderate thunder shower.
